This is unique concept (similar to Doctor's Polyclinic) Wherein experts from every field required by the industry will be available under one roof to provide expertise.

The clinic will have generalist among others in following

• Personnel management
• Technology/Manufacturing
• Materials Management
• Money Management
• Marketing Management
• Methods management

Like in a clinic, a Case Paper will be prepared in the Industrial Clinic and the group of Generalist will Scrutinise, Diagosis and then give Prescription.

If required, the case could be referred to a Specialist or Group of Specialist in the Industrial Polyclinic.

The Polyclinic will have 80-100 Specialist visiting at regular fre- quency under one roof.

Who will avail the facilities

They will include among others:

• SSI Units who do not have any house expertise.
• Medium and Large Scale Industries who wants to have specialist consultation for a difficult situation or 2nd opinion.
• NRI's and foreign investors.
